1. Acceptance and scope
By accessing or using this site, you accept these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the site. These Terms govern the site and initial requests; confirmed services may be subject to separate agreements, rate confirmations or other documents.
2. Freight broker role
JASH LOG INC acts as an authorized freight broker arranging transportation with independent motor carriers. Unless a written document expressly states otherwise, JASH LOG INC is not the motor carrier operating the equipment, does not take physical possession of freight and does not control the carrier’s daily operations.
3. Quotes and availability
Initial requests and quotes are informational, non-binding and may change due to incomplete information, market conditions, fuel, dates, capacity, accessorials or other requirements. No booking exists until applicable terms are confirmed in writing. Sending an inquiry through WhatsApp does not guarantee capacity, rate, pickup or delivery.
4. Acceptable use
You must provide accurate information and use the site only for legitimate business purposes. You may not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service, introduce malicious code, automate abuse, impersonate others or violate laws or third-party rights.
5. Intellectual property
The site, brand, design, text and original materials belong to JASH LOG INC or are used with permission. You may view them to evaluate services, but may not copy, resell, modify or exploit them without written permission.
6. Third parties
Motor carriers, linked websites, WhatsApp, FMCSA and other providers are independent third parties with their own terms. JASH LOG INC does not control their systems, availability, content or acts.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JASH LOG INC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, or lost profits, data or opportunities arising from the site. Total liability arising solely from site use will not exceed USD $100. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
9. Governing law and courts
These Terms are governed by Tennessee law without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute related to the site must be brought exclusively in state courts located in Wilson County, Tennessee, or federal courts with jurisdiction over that area. These Terms do not require arbitration.
10. Changes, severability and contact
